Dan Weinmeister

VP, Land & Business Development

Dan joined Blackjack in 2026 and serves as VP, Land & Business Development. Prior to joining Blackjack, Dan served as Director of Land at Canvas Energy where his team focused on asset acquisition and development.

Prior to Canvas, Dan worked at Warwick Investment Group where he was responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation support, acquisition diligence, and development. Dan started his career as a field landman before moving into senior positions at Chaparral Energy, Chesapeake Energy, and Panorama Resources. Dan received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Oklahoma State University.
